Energy healing a holistic practice which allows energetic flow back into the body by resolving emotional blocks at any of the 7 energy centers of the body, aka chakras. When a chakra is blocked, it is connected to an emotional trauma which may have occurred at anytime in our life. Any unprocessed emotion, usually from childhood, will remain stuck at any one of the energy centers depending on the emotion and if left unresolved may lead to detrimental health issues affecting our everyday lives. For example, when we reach adulthood, the blocked chakra(s) may manifest physically (ie. unexplained pain, rash, indigestion, migraines) and/or emotionally and mentally (ie. depression, inability to concentrate, anxiousness, insomnia). Inner work aka Inner-Child work is a magical, spiritual practice of trusting in the divine order of life while diving deep into your inner-self and childhood traumas for the purposes of self-exploration, self-understanding, self-healing, and personal transformation.
